Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! At checkout, you can review available shipping rates and taxes. If your local currency isn't supported, please contact us for assistance.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Depending on your country, duties and import taxes may apply. Some duties can be paid at checkout, while others may need to be paid upon delivery as determined by your local customs authority. Taxes are calculated at checkout and, in certain regions, are included in the final price.

What happens if there’s an error in my shipping address?

Please double-check all information before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at CS@NOCTA.COM with your order number and the corrected details. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes after the order has been fulfilled.wer

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. This email contains the most up-to-date information about your shipment.

What if my package is lost?

If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance: File a claim with Route within 14 days of the delivery date. They can assist with refunds or replacements. If you didn’t purchase Route Shipping Insurance: Unfortunately, we’re not liable for lost or missing packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly, checking with neighbors, or visiting the carrier’s office.
