What is the return policy? ⌄
All sales are final. Returns are accepted only if damaged or incorrect goods are received, and unapproved returns are charged a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a refund is processed only once the returned item is physically received.
How long does shipping take? ⌄
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days for U.S. and Canada orders and 5 to 10 business days for international shipments. During product launches, restocks, and holidays, order processing can take up to 1 to 2 weeks before an order even ships. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping domestically and internationally.
How is a refund issued? ⌄
A refund is processed only after NOCTA is in physical possession of the returned item. Unapproved returns have a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund, and customers remain responsible for return shipping charges.
What if my item arrives damaged? ⌄
Damaged or incorrect goods must be reported to customer service within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue. If a shipment itself was lost, damaged, or missing in transit and Seel Worry-Free Shipping Insurance was purchased at checkout, a claim must be filed with Seel within 14 days of the delivery date. Without that insurance, the carrier must be contacted directly since lost or missing packages are not covered otherwise.
What does the product warranty cover? ⌄
A limited warranty applies to purchases made on. If a delivered product fails to comply with the warranty, customer service must be notified within 5 days, and remedies may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund. Return shipping costs are covered only for defective or misdescribed products, and the warranty applies only to the original purchaser on.
