What is the return policy? ⌄
All sales are final. Exceptions are made only for damaged or incorrect items received. Contact CS@NOCTA.COM within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are covered only in cases of defective or misdescribed products. These rights apply to the original purchaser only.
What is the shipping policy? ⌄
Free shipping is available on orders over $200 USD. Domestic US and Canada orders arrive in 3–7 business days; international orders in 5–10 business days. During launches and restocks, allow up to 1–2 additional weeks for processing. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.
Is the vest covered by a warranty? ⌄
Products purchased through nocta.com or an authorized reseller carry limited warranty coverage. NOCTA reserves the right to repair, replace, or partially refund the cost of a product. Warranty liability is limited to the original purchase price. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers do not carry a warranty.
Can an order be modified after placing? ⌄
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.
