What is the return policy? ⌄
All sales are final. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to customer service within 7 days of delivery. Unapproved returns incur a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
What if a shipment is lost or damaged? ⌄
Shipments are insured through Seel Worry-Free Shipping Insurance. If insurance was purchased at checkout and a package is lost, damaged, or missing, file a claim with Seel within 14 days of the delivery date. Without insurance, contact the carrier directly.
