What is the return policy? ⌄

All sales are final. If a damaged or incorrect item is received, contact customer service at CS@NOCTA.COM within 7 days of delivery. NOCTA reserves the right to repair, replace, or partially refund the cost of the product. Unapproved returns incur a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount, and return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

How long does shipping take? ⌄

Domestic US and Canada orders arrive in 3-7 business days. International orders arrive in 5-10 business days. During launches and restocks, allow up to 1-2 weeks for processing. Orders ship with tracking confirmation by email.

What happens if a shipment arrives damaged or goes missing? ⌄

Shipping is insured through Seel Worry-Free Shipping Insurance. If insurance was purchased at checkout and a shipment is lost, damaged, or missing, file a claim with Seel within 14 days of the delivery date. Without insurance, contact the carrier directly.
